i may have just experienced some of the most amazing days of my life for the past 2 days. aside from the beautiful scenery and sea (or river) breeze, a lot of other things happened too. i'd like to tell you about it, which is why i'm thinking of making this blog invite only c;
but who knows?


so anyway, my family went over to stay at a friend's house overnight for a break in the thousand islands. the area was absolutely breathtaking & after we got unpacked, we got on a boat and toured all over the place. eventually we stopped at this secret cove (okay... not really), jumped off and went for a swim. there was this crane/heron/long legged bird that was so graceful C: but we didn't get a picture.
and i put on some flippers & went snorkeling, but i'm not showing you picture of that! hahahaha
afterwords, we continued touring neighboring islands. some islands were so small that they only had 1 house on them. pretty cool but i wouldn't want to take a ferry everytime i have to go shopping :|

next day, we went seadooing which might be one of the funnest things i've ever experienced. loved, loved, loved it and i can't wait to go again but i don't know when that next time will be. i hope it's soon.

wow, i really wish i was still back there.
i'm going to montréal next week, so i'll probably write about my trip there.
july was a slump, but august certainly was busy!
